For insurance brokers on Open GI

Every proposal form, typed once.

Your client record fills the insurer's form. Your handler checks it. It leaves from their own Outlook.

One renewal, by the numbers.

A commercial combined renewal on a typical insurer form. Counted on your own forms in the first hour of any build.

The same renewal, two ways.

Today

Two windows and a lot of retyping.

  1. Open the client in Open GI. Open the insurer's PDF form beside it.
  2. Retype the name, addresses, trade, turnover, wageroll, employees, dates and sums insured.
  3. Open the claims screen. Retype five years of claims, one line each.
  4. Scroll the form for anything missed. Save it under a new name.
  5. Write the covering email. Attach the form, the schedule, the claims summary.
  6. Send. Then save copies of the email and the form back to the client file.
About 30 minutes. Every form, every time.
With Tulse

One click, then a five-minute check.

  1. Your handler picks the client and the insurer's form from a list.
  2. The client record, the policy and the claims screen fill the 54 fields they hold.
  3. The eight they do not hold are marked amber, with a box to type in.
  4. Anything older than twelve months is marked too, so a stale turnover is caught before the underwriter catches it.
  5. The covering email is drafted in the handler's own Outlook, form and schedule attached.
  6. On send, the email and the form are filed back to the client record with the date.
About 5 minutes. All of it checking, none of it typing.

What your handler sees before anything sends.

Every field shows where its value came from. The amber rows are the ones the record could not answer, so the eye goes straight to them.

What stays with your people.

The judgement.

Is this the right insurer, the right cover, the right sum insured. The form is filled. The decision is theirs.

The story.

The claims are listed from the record. Anything open or large, your handler writes the narrative, because they know it.

The send button.

Every email leaves from your handler's own Outlook, when they press send. Nothing goes out on its own.

Straight answers.

What about the insurers' own portals?

Some insurers only allow a person to type into their portal. Where they allow it, the same record can fill the portal too, as a second step. Where they do not, your handler types from a form that is already filled and checked, which is still the larger half of the saving.

What if the record is wrong?

It will not guess. A field the record cannot answer stays blank and amber. A field older than twelve months is flagged. A wrong guess costs more than a blank box, so there are none.

What does it run on?

Your Open GI, your Outlook, your Microsoft 365. One small program joins them. The detail is on the how it works page.

Who owns it afterwards?

You do. The program, the field maps for each insurer form and the logins are handed over. Nothing is rented from us.

Twenty minutes, on your own forms.

Bring the three forms your team retypes most. We count the fields together and you see the saving before anyone builds anything.
